At Alvara Designs, our goal is to provide reliable and high-quality service to all our customers nationwide. To maintain quality standards, all products undergo a quality inspection process before being shipped to customers.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our delivery process consists of three stages:
Supplier Processing Time:
Once an order is placed, we source the product directly from our suppliers. This process typically takes 3–5 business days depending on supplier availability.
Quality Inspection & Packaging:
After receiving the product from the supplier, our team performs quality checks and prepares the order for shipment. This process usually takes 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier operations.
Overall estimated delivery time is between 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We proudly offer free premium shipping on all orders nationwide.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
For logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in separate packages.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT UPDATING
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking number is still not showing updates after this period, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.
